Poll: Who shot first?
" Okay I'd like to know, for the record, how many times was this switched between versions? This scene basically encapsulates what's most annoying about George Lucas. Movies... you should only be allowed ONE fucking director's cut. Then people just should tell you "no". "Maybe when he does another cut of the film it'll be C3PO with a sniper rifle.
God knows what'll happen on the blu-ray. CG yoda or something?

Oh no don't say that, he could be listening.
Han was a fucking smuggler, not a white knight. He did the Kessel Run in 12 parsecs yes, but on that run he was smuggling drugs for Jabba! Why do you think he had hidden compartments on the Millennium Falcon? For shits and giggles?! No! He was a dirty drug smuggler who got betrayed by Jabba who was an even dirtier kingpin who wanted his ship.
Greedo was a goddam bounty hunter, not an evil overlord.
Han shot Greedo because that's the law of the space jungle.
