In multiplayer, I have no problem playing as the Helghast. I can see the ISA troops running around with their bright blue and do fine. As ISA, however, I can't see the Helghast. There is no bright blue light, and I'm colorblind, so the names look the same. From behind they look pretty similar, too, making it harder. Am I alone here?

I think the names ARE the same color, but you're not alone I don't think, Jeff is colorblind.

Wow that sucks.  Just so you know, the helghast have bright red glowing eyes, and I believe enemies names do not show above their head unless you aim at them, so that is who you should be fighting.

At first I actually had it the other way around, I had a really easy time seeing the Helghast because of their bright orange eyes, but I then had a hard time seeing the ISA. The more I played, the more I was able to realize that they had those bright blue LEDs on them that stuck out and their character models were usually far lighter.

I like using the helghast more, just because the ISA are easier to see.

Yep, the red tends to blend in on some levels. Pyrrhus Rise is probably the worst, but Helghan indistries is difficult, too. Sometimes I can notice the glow, but most of the time I'm blind too it.
I'm also really happy that I can see the number 18 in one of those pictures artofwar posted. That's one!

i dont get it tho... he can see the blue but not the red/orange lights? or is it only certain colors.

they do look similar. but things may get easier when you unlock the scout class and the enemies have blue boxes around them...

What am I supposed to see in the lower left?  I see a L and a E (E is overlapped, but the L pops out more), no numbers.  What does that mean?

No problems with the colors in Killzone 2, I don't consider myself to be colorblind at all.  Ahhh beautiful beautiful colors!  How I love them!

If you're playing as ISA, and you don't see the blue light, then shoot!
