    Ok...ummm

Well a russian post apoc game woohooo what can go wrong

Ok first off let me just say this game sucked overall it had nice graffix and at times was scary as hell and its not to easy to freak me out while playin a game however this game almost falls short on every other catagory such as weapons, and enemy types, also as it was comming out you may have heard of the currancy issue bullets for stuff.(period for everyone who crys saying i dont use any)well for the most part this is not the case you never ever really need to buy anything the best arms are almost givin to you shortly after the first time you lay eyes on the gunz such as the auto shotgun which everyone in russia seems to have, and the ak you dont get this right away but when you do end up getting it...its free, and the revolver with all its add-ons is not free i think and you must buy this one for something of 158 bullets.

ok now i am moving on to enemy types well first off you have these dog-mole-rat things that are the main enemy in the game you will fight them from beginning to end, then you have the demon which is a flying monster which actually its very very tuff but a couply of shotties to the face and its down then you have these elephant ones which have a nice intro for the enemy i might add they use sound and melee for there atks, then you got the humans there all really the same just differnt gunz except the russian army is generally harder there also fighting the nazies and...you only run into 2 of thoes guys in the game and there killed in a sequence so :(. Also as you kill human enemys you can basically stip them of there ammo and some guys are seriously strapped.  another thing that dissipointed me was the anomaly i mean you only see them about 3 times in the game and your set up to get around it or have it kill the entire enemy force for you but apparently there a floating ball of raw power that dosent hurt you if you dont shoot at it or stand in its way.

Ok they were compairing this game to fallout whenever i seen anything about it so i was like hell yea gonna go explore...i was wrong this game has no exploration except the occasional go left off the main path for a few seconds and find a couple of bullets ect.

the game has a decent story and i was kinda shocked the first time i ran into a dark one sequence (there all sequences some longer than others) a dark one is like a well what i think it is a alien but they exist in the shadows and they do have a hive and they seem to be psycic too, and there are also shadows which are kind freaky the first time you run into them i mean you'll have your flashlight on and you see a shadow but...no person there...its actually quite weird

    anyways pros and cons

    PROS:
    Game is actually scary
    Good graffix
    Decent story
    Very intresting moments
    CONS:
    Not much to do
    Not many enemy types
Most Weapons are not that good
    Game gives you everything
    Short and no exploration

It’s rare for games from Europe’s Eastern Bloc to receive as much attention as games from the West and the Far East. The most successful titles from this region have been the Serious Sam and S.T.A.L.K.E.R series, but there’s always been something oddly appealing about this particular “genre” - if you can even call it that. Their storylines are typically fairly unique while the developer’s ambitions spread far and beyond the technical limitations that befall them. These games may have the...

Metro 2033 has a fantastic atmosphere.  This is an oft-mentioned virtue of the title.  Your character (Artyom) navigates a subterranean world of connected Metro stations that have been converted into settlements housing friendlies, hostiles, or corpses, following a nuclear apocalypse.  Many of the settlements really take on a life of their own, as you can slow and listen to conversations on a multitude of subjects.  Certain dwellers discuss the way they remember Moscow, or their encounter with t...
