    A continuously updated tally of each player's score, kills, deaths, and other info in a multiplayer match. It can usually be pulled up while playing by pressing a button or key.

    Overview

    In modern first-person and third-person shooters, pressing the Tab key or the Select/Back button will most often pull up the scoreboard during a match. In some older games like Quake II, the default key is F1.
