The witchers' silver sword is just like a normal sword, but it's used primarily against monsters, as it's ineffective against humans and animals. It can be enchanted with runes by a blacksmith. It's used in all 3 witcher fighting styles.
The only sword in existence that can harm the King of Shadows.
A length of exceptionally sharp metal with a handle, used for centuries as the go-to killing device for the human race. It's dead simple: you stick the pointy end in the thing you want to die. Or you could always slash them with the equally sharp sides. That works too.
