Oh man. What am I going to do with this Giant Bomb-less version of the Prima Strategy Guide for Wind Waker for the gamecube? :/

That's pretty awesome though.

Too bad, that kid's dad (or Mom) is going to pay for this video. Completely not worth it.

Also, surprised at how small the XBone looks? Maybe the papers made it look less obscenely large.

He'll play it about as much as he plays his Vita.

Which is to say, it will be a great dust collector as soon as SteamOS, Xbone and PS4 come out.

@starvinggamer: good point. I loved heavy rain (played it the first time when sick start to finish). But what really endeared the game to me was being able to share it with friends and family outside of my gaming circle and watch their reactions and have them "direct" the game. Made the game thrilling and enjoyable.

And the atmosphere of the game was cool. I liked the twists in the plot, and was sad that they never made the dlc they had planned. I look forward to taking beyond home this holiday and playing it with my family. I'm not playing his games for mechanics; I don't think fixing the movement in heavy rain would make it so much better.

It's ugly and slow. At least my apps update automatically... Finally.

The ipad version is also buggy as hell, and I hate the superfluous animations. They are really distracting. And the white everywhere, like in the video player, is dumb.

Overall, glad I don't have to use this everyday. Hopefully ios 8 just bridges the last few gaps with android (Holo is a nicer design language, sharing and email are WAY better on android).

Yeah... You need to get the console to tur on and transfer to a new one. Either take it to a local repair shop, if there is one, or try the hair dryer thing. The PS3 is dead.

The ads were amazing. If I wanted a website... I might have been swayed!

Yay for GB money!

... this thread has been made a bunch of times. But whatever, I'll bite.

Velocity Ultra, Gravity Rush, and P4G are my current exclusive favorites on the platform. Guacamelee, Stealth Inc and Frobisher Says were amazing downloadables.

Spelunky is great on the Vita because the game was made to be played in short bursts, and portables are great for that. You don't need hours of time to play Spelunky (you'll probably die), and the Vita allows for instant pause-and-resume --> not really possible on the other platforms that Spelunky is avaiable on.

P4G is a fantastic experience that everyone should have. Probably one of my favorite game experiences ever. If you think that you got everything you could want from the endurance run... *shrug*

Soul Sacrifice was ok. I wasn't the biggest fan. It felt like Monster Hunter, which I'm not a fan of either.

Things to look forward to: Murasaki Baby, Borderlands 2, Killzone Mercenary (if you're into shooters), and the INDIE ONSLAUGHT.

Also, it allows for 2 player local Divekick. so, whatever.

And it terms of "is it worth it:" that's your own choice. My vita gets almost daily use (commute), and I've always loved portable games. Just because many games are available on PC means I want to play them there; my Vita brings my games with me to-and-from work, and in bed. I'm not lugging my PC or PS3 (or PS4, or 360) with me. For $200 in that Walking Dead bundle, I'd recommend it.
