... this thread has been made a bunch of times. But whatever, I'll bite.
Velocity Ultra, Gravity Rush, and P4G are my current exclusive favorites on the platform. Guacamelee, Stealth Inc and Frobisher Says were amazing downloadables.
Spelunky is great on the Vita because the game was made to be played in short bursts, and portables are great for that. You don't need hours of time to play Spelunky (you'll probably die), and the Vita allows for instant pause-and-resume --> not really possible on the other platforms that Spelunky is avaiable on.
P4G is a fantastic experience that everyone should have. Probably one of my favorite game experiences ever. If you think that you got everything you could want from the endurance run... *shrug*
Soul Sacrifice was ok. I wasn't the biggest fan. It felt like Monster Hunter, which I'm not a fan of either.
Things to look forward to: Murasaki Baby, Borderlands 2, Killzone Mercenary (if you're into shooters), and the INDIE ONSLAUGHT.
Also, it allows for 2 player local Divekick. so, whatever.
And it terms of "is it worth it:" that's your own choice. My vita gets almost daily use (commute), and I've always loved portable games. Just because many games are available on PC means I want to play them there; my Vita brings my games with me to-and-from work, and in bed. I'm not lugging my PC or PS3 (or PS4, or 360) with me. For $200 in that Walking Dead bundle, I'd recommend it.
