8 years later, The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker still looks wonderful.
This was the first thing that came to mind for me.  I played it recently and it looks fantastic.

Tales of Symphonia still looks great too.  And Paper Mario for the N64.  Civ IV is still okay looking too but graphics don't matter for that game.

Age of Empires 3 looks good still. The lighting is great and as long as you don't zoom in the models look good too.

I've been playing Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4, LoZ: Majora's Mask, Banjo Kazooie, Starcraft, and GTA San Andreas recently.  I play these more than all of the newer games I have.  I just find them to be way more fun.

Marauders, medivacs (from a reactored starport.  if he sends void rays just switch to viking production and kite the voids), and if it gets late enough into the game ghosts to emp shields.  Marauders demolish stalkers thanks to their bonus against armoured units. It's almost as ugly as marauders versus roaches, where marauders just don't die and kill double their numbers in roaches.

Believe it or not, tanks actually work well in defensive situations.  They chew through stalkers, which is one of the reasons why the 1/1/1 is so hard to stop, because the tanks kill your anti-air so fast and then the banshees kill all the ground units.

For zerg just do roach/infestor (if he has zealots with stalkers) or ling/infestor (if he only has stalkers, the lings will hold them up long enough to get fungals off) and lock the stalkers down and kill them.  You can infestor your way out of any situation if your micro is good enough. Don't forget after you kill all his stalkers (and his macro will likely suck if he only made stalkers) to go infested terran bomb his expos to salt the wounds.  It's quite satisfying when they swear at you as they lose their expansions in record time.

I've also seen people complaining about having to pay for the podcast. Did I miss something?

A year ago they suggested breaking the Bombcast in two, one half free, and the other half for subscribers.  The non-subscribers would get the second half a week later.  People were not enthused about that idea so they scrapped it.

Trimaster is such a boss.  In an interview he said he saw that idra was watching him play Haypro before their match so he did polar opposite builds of what he did to Haypro and crushed Idra because he figured Idra would auto-counter the builds he did to Haypro (which he did).  That guy deserves to be in pool play with the amount of skill he's shown.  He deserves it way more than Incontrol, and others who are in their only because of one good result a long time ago.  He's destroyed tons of really good players, and he hasn't even been playing professionally for very long.

idra was the same in broodwar.  back then he played terran and whined about balance, in sc2 he plays zerg and whines about balance.    nothing stopped him changing race since day one yet he's remained as zerg.  that says to me that he's more intent on whining than winning.
Yep, in the classic SOTG balance argument between Idra and Day9, Incontrol even pointed that out by asking Idra what the weakest race was in BW, but Idra dodged the question but by then everyone already knew the answer.

I don't even think fungal growth was a problem (against Protoss, I don't have very much experience against it as Terran).  All you have to do is get a Templar  archives and a few HTs to feedback, which is an easily accessible tech by the time infestors come out.  I do feel that it should slow units instead of locking them in place though as  it does feel kinda dumb that you can get chain fungaled and not be able to do anything about it.

The immortal change is huge.  People don't realize how insanely good it is, and with this new range it will not get caught behind stalkers anymore and it will help a ton in PvP.

My favourite thing is the Terrans on TL flipping out over the 5 second barracks change claiming it will mess up all of their timings.  Protoss has had basically every opening timing screwed up (gateway time increases, zealot build and warp time increases, warpgate research time increase etc.).

The infestor nerf isn't a big deal, marines still take 2 FGs to kill, only certain mech units take more growths to kill (viking take 4 instead of 3). Destiny said on his stream that it wouldn't do anything to ZvP because the damage change is so small compared to the hp of Protoss units.  Though, ultimately I wish they would have left the base damage alone and just changed the armoured damage (because of how potent it is against stalkers).  I have a feeling this change will be reworked before the actual 1.4 patch comes out.

The BF hellion nerf was absolutely required.  For the minimal cost of them, they could do far too much damage, and the Terran wouldn't even have to go out of their way to get the unit, or really be set back if the harass failed.  I played Terran for a while before switching back and it felt borderline unfair how much damage you could do with 2 hellions.  If Zerg isn't ready (which they can't really scout it until it is on its way) they basically autolose unless your hellion control sucks and you get caught by zerglings.

The menus suck, but other than that it is just fine.  I've played both versions and I prefer PC, but that's because a gamepad will never be as good as mouse and keyboard.

Exactly, it's kinda sad. But then again, I don't give two craps about what other people like.  If I like it, I'll play it.
