Altough it seems more and more like the end of an erra, this is a very interesting subject to think about, the way that the ipad/iphone revolutionized gaming on the go and with it changed the value proposition that was the standard truly is something that will change everything.

At least nintendo is relatively quick to respond

having the exact same problem with chrome, do not have the problem with any other whiskey site and videos still work with ie 8

html theater works albeit not very nicely (holy crap the player done broke)

Npr, all songs considered (Great for discovering new music!!)  

i also have some daily filler podcasts that i listen to when i have nothing else, but i really do not enjoy them as much...  
 if anyone has suggestions... 

charging 40$ for the games is like completely ignoring the mobile market 
games on the app store go from free to about 5.99. often these games are on par with a dsi experience (not talking about the 3-4 games nintendo releases every year)  
i just got chinatown wars for 4.99 on the ipad.  
  
the 3ds and (especially) ngp are running in the wrong direction! 
i just feels like the opposite of what they should be doing, charging less and nourishing a competent app store
