Tweens and teens have terrible taste in music and then they insult us for calling it like it is. Typical.

To be fair, iTunes is a fairly new app so it would make sense that Top 40 crap would dominate these charts in the early going.

Yes, I'm still going to buy Final Fantasy XIII on Day One as I have to see for myself. I think a lot of people are going to debate its merits long after March 9. Some people at pro-PS3 sites wonder if the game was compromised so it could "fit" onto the Xbox 360.

Honestly, I didn't like either X or X-2. However, I enjoyed XII. I guess I had an attraction to Fran and her body.

I wasn't expecting this game to be as spectacular as Sidra Holland's breasts but I did expect another strong entry in the Final Fantasy series. However, all the talk I've heard about Square-Enix having a lot of stuff that was left on the cutting room floor, early reviews from both importers and online reviewers alike saying that the game is a step backwards, the fact that they hired Leona Lewis to sing the theme song and the heavy emphasis on the showy cutscenes and talk-talk has me worried.

Is there anybody like me, who hasn't played the game, thinking that Final Fantasy XIII will just be a "mild disappointment" when it's all said and done and is coming into March 9 with that mindset? Kind of reminds me of the 2010 Canadian Winter Olympics squad: talking big for 4 years and delivering medium so far.

A lot of people might not know this but apparently Bayonetta was supposed to be an Xbox 360 exclusive. It was never intended to appear on the PS3. Sega wanted Bayonetta ported onto the PS3 for money reasons. Too many people are ripping Platinum Games instead of Sega.

I hope that future Platinum Games will be developed on the PS3 instead going forward but if they aren't, then Sega shouldn't bother porting them until they are ready. The install feature should have been available on January 5, not February.

For the record, I liked Bayonetta but it's nothing special. Darksiders is the better of the two games released that day.

The only retail games I have bought on multiple consoles are Max Payne (PS2 and Xbox) and BioShock (PS3 and 360). I may have bought DL stuff that I bought years ago on a console but I can't think which ones right off the top of my head.

I have thought about importing No More Heroes from Japan for the PS3, I played the Wii version back in 2008.

You should go to the Green Mushroom site and read the blogs there. Nothing but a bunch of people who love to talk about how they great they are and nothing more. The disgusting ass-kissing between the "e-friends" there makes me want to vomit.

When I do blog, it isn't about myself, it's about the world around me.  That's my opinion on what a blog should be about. Too many people think an online diary is what people want to read.

I am playing BioShock 1. Amazing how a nearly 3 year old game remains so addictive, immersive and fun. This will be the only game that I will have beaten on both the PS3 and 360. Once I'm done, I might start BioShock 2.

Update: Sadly, BioShock 1 decided to freeze on me during the Fontaine boss fight. When that happens, said game is never played on my PS3 ever again.

Instead, I am playing the obscure Tornado Outbreak now. Some of the people at Loose Cannon Studios worked at Sucker Punch Productions. I will also finally play the Heavy Rain demo.

flow is from the same people who developed Flower. This is part of the one year anniversary of the release of Flower. Free stuff is always good.

I'm playing Dante's Inferno first because I decided to rent it instead of buy it. I don't think it's worth $78 CAN and God Of War 3 will be cheaper and better. I am going to finish both it and the first BioShock (beat it long ago on the 360, now trying to beat it on the PS3) before I play BioShock 2.

I had trouble with the very first puzzle. Took awhile to figure out where I was supposed to move the block to reach Orpheus.
