This is the first site I have ever posted more than 5 things on. I've popped into some of the other Whiskey Media sites as well, but this one is largely my one and only.
"I don't understand why people would say no. Why not? "
Not everyone is even into relationships. It's 2010, not 1950, there are singles everywhere at all age brackets and some people really enjoy the single life.
And before you relationship people get all riled up, remember that the divorce rate is what, 60%? So don't get all judgemental at how much better you are than us single people ;)
Wow, I can't believe that's still going. I thought they were really funny for the first two seasons (I was younger however) and then I just stopped paying attention to them after that. Once in a while a few years later I saw a couple videos on the Xbox 360 Marketplace but they were watered down so much they didn't even make me grin.
The advancement of technology doesn't lead down one path. PC games having the capacity to be more powerful is not necessarily make it better. If that was the case, than Apple computers wouldn't be selling so well. A lot of the time, the advancement of technology is getting complex electronics to be more accessible and easier to afford for the masses. In the case of Apple, it is easier to use, even though PC's have more power for less money. When it comes to console games, the affordability offered by them to everyday people, with technology that keeps pace enough with computers to not look like absolute garbage, is another advancement of technology. Making decent products at affordable and predictable prices. That's why the console has gained popularity.
They have high quality media content, and I go there to check out trailers sometimes, but the most time I really spend there is during E3 for their press conference coverage. Overall I think it's a pretty good site, but I also have never even looked at their forums. I don't try to take part in the community of every site I go to, in fact Giantbomb is really the only one I have ever been apart of.
I think that the problems the OP has are going to be the next graphical leap for the next generation of consoles. This has always been a problem because it just isn't technically possible (or at least cost feasible) to produce more advanced physics. Now that graphics have gotten to a certain level of quality, the way in which those graphical models interact with each other will also become more advanced. All in time, OP, all in time.
Jedi Outcast. It had a combination of a good story with a character I really liked, and awesome gameplay that I miss. I have played that game over twelve times.
KOTOR at a close second, because that game was just engrossing as hell. A true precursor to the Mass Effect legend.
Jedi Academy for third. It was an excellent and logical extension for the "Jedi" series, but by the time it came out it was dated and the story was flat and uninspired. Still loved cuttin up dudes though. I've ran through this game probably more than any other game I've ever played, but it's so short that it's not really hard either. With more money and effort put into it, this game could have been first.
