I don't buy DLC for most games; only for the titles I can't play enough of. Case in point, the only games that I've purchased a lot of game add-on DLC for are Oblivioin, ME, and ME2. God I could play ME2 forever, I have problems.
I can't remember the lyrics, because it's so echoey and electronic that I've never really learned them (sorry for being so damn useless!) but it's more electronic and, well, echoey than the suggestions so far.
I have been tearing my hair out all day trying to figure out the name of this one classic rock song. It's really famous, and I KNOW IT REALLY WELL DAMMIT. I heard it on Q107.1 in the middle of the afternoon (and it is consistently played on that station, and most other rock stations).
It is slow and very electronic, featuring several high pitched crescendos. It's a bit of a rock ballad I suppose. I can't figure out the band or the song name because I apparently had a lobotomy this morning when I was distracted by my cereal. Please respond to my pathetic internet cry for help!
I like my program in Uni, and I am a little excited to get back and start cracking again. Also, I just rented ODST 10 min ago, and I will go play it, as well as the last ME2 DLC when someone at Microsoft decides it's finally Sept. 7! Not a bad day :)
" @Meowayne: I'm still waiting for The Last Story to convince me of Mistwalker's worth as a developer--but in terms of music, at least, yes, what used to define Final Fantasy is now over there. "
I agree. Mistwalker's titles have not as of yet reached the status of classics for me. In this newer generation of games with leaner JRPG content they stand out more, but none of their games have ever reached the mastery of the game industry (and I don't just mean sales wise) as did the Squaresoft games of yesteryear. The times, they are a changin...
"Don't forget that this is a website founded by a group of dudes who have witnessed first-hand what kind of corporate dickery goes on at the upper echelons of gaming journalism. I'm sure that brand of wrong-doing isn't easily forgotten. "
Quoted for truth. Also, by the time the dudes are retiring and passing on the torch, are any of us even going to care anymore? By that time I'll probably be in my forties, and even though I'll still be playing games, I will most likely not be closely following one website (all loljokes aside). Nothing lasts forever, but the crew's integrity will hold for decades, and thats about as long as anything could be expected to last, really.
Dude, I'm not on any one side at all, but the OP needs to learn the scope of the situation over there. The Isreali's consistently wage war on neighborhoods while looking for "terrorists" killing many innocent people in the process and driving Muslims toward extremism. They block off key routes into and out of Jerusalem, making it impossible for many Muslims to work or get necessary supplies to live under the whims of the border guard. For fucks sake, they, with the help of the U.S. military, pretty much invaded Palestine with the U.N.'s blessing in the first place, based of the fact that the bible said it was their country anyway! Again, I am not on any one's side, because they're BOTH wrong as far as I'm concerned, but to believe this is all the Muslims fault, even now, is foolish, and I don't think the problem will be solved in this lifetime.
