@Korwin
I can't imagine that professional game journalists will take point off a score for lack of hand holding. Now, sales on the other hand...

Doesn't apply to me though because I'm totally picking it up!

I'm a HUGE ME fan. Probably my favorite franchise of all time, and I'm gonna be honest, when I read this news I didn't get the least bit worried.

Yeah, they may have some really terrible implementation of the technology that totally fugs up the feel of the game, but no where do they say that the Kinect is required. Personally, I'm going to go ahead and have high hopes for this, and be unreasonably optimistic. (Mainly because there are so many negative Nellies in the forums...) Who's with me?!

I'm going to hope/assume that the Kinect stuff will be gracefully implemented and that it will make for a better game. Cynics can suck muh bawls.

Well, even with the shooting I could see it being ok as long as it was limited to gesturing your teammates in new cover positions. I think that'd be kinda rad, if done right.

According to this Kotaku article, there's a possibility of Kinect support!

What do you guys think? Any theories on what in the world the Kinect could be used for? I think the most natural idea is the sex scenes. Think about it. Pants-less air humping. Glorious, right?

Just wrapped it up last night. I'm going to have to agree with all the "loved it" posts. I thought it was great. Classic noir style.

I know it's slightly off-topic, but the only story stuff that I thought was a little weird was when Cole cheated on his wife. Reading the explanation a couple pages back helped a bit, but up until then, Cole is such a straight shooter and tries so hard to be a moral compass. It just caught me as being completely out of nowhere. At the same time though I wasn't even that upset. Looking back I get the impression that the reason they showed so little of his family was to make you know how distant HE felt from them. You don't feel a ton from the adultery because he doesn't really feel anything about it. He certainly didn't apologize or explain his actions.

I thought Valve owned Turtle Rock, but I guess not.

I love it! Great work, dudes! I'm pretty bummed about the Twitter updates not being on the frontpage, but since everything else is so good I guess I'll let it slide.

Awesome! I was really wanting to check this out despite my shitty PC. Looks like if I just hold off for a bit I won't have to resort to crazy PC tinkering!

Thanks to this thread I've now visited the Bombcast page twice total and just now learned that there were "seasons."  Haha, how are there seasons if they go nonstop year round?
