I feel like RE4 was the pinnacle of the series, a perfect balance of action and horror. I think the biggest thing that's been missing in RE5 and 6 that was in 4 is atmosphere. In RE4 you were more capable and agile, but there was still a sense of dread with each encounter and the atmosphere was still lonely, moody, and creepy.
It's a long range weapon in a close range game, and it does good for what it's meant to do. Get in a close range fight with it and you get annihilated.
No it didn't give me the achievement either so maybe that's what happened. Ugh I can't believe I have to do that all over again, it wasn't even fun playing it on that difficulty.
Ok this is so annoying. I beat hard mode on free aim to get unlimited painkillers and it didn't unlock anything. I definitely wasn't going to play through that all over again, so I decided to get a gold medal on every level in score attack, so I did, and it didn't unlock anything. What the heck? Is there something I'm missing?
I hate to break it to you, but this is not new at all. The Indoctrination Theory even says everything after Shepherd got hit with the beam was a hallucination.
I had heard about it before, but wasn't really interested. I saw the demo, and I thought I would try it out. I was blown away at how fun this game was, so much so that I told 3 of my friends to download and play it with me and they did and now they all plan to buy it at launch too.
