Technically my computer was a birthday / Christmas gift, so I'm going to count it. I'm not interested in console gaming nearly as much anymore, but I'll probably get a Wii eventually.

It's number 2 on my list, but thats only because I have played so much DotA this year. Bioshock Infinite is really an incredibile game, and the combat was more fun than everyone made it seem it was going to be.

Yeah its a game, it's just a very limited one. Graphic novels are games too, whether I really care for them or not.

I'm typically about two years late when it comes to playing games, so hell no. I at least know what most of the games actually are this year though. I have plenty of spoilers to worry about though as I'm still working on Infinite and Tomb Raider and I'm still very far off from purchasing The Last Of Us.

Dota 2- 626 hrs

Saints Row III- 31 hrs

Civilization V- 29 hrs

Rusty Hearts- 23 hrs

Dishonored- 21 hrs

I rarely ever watch anime and I don't know anything about the scene, so this post is my way to remember this thread for future reference once its complete so I can find some stuff to check out.

There's no way I am going to beat Bioshock Infinite quickly enough to catch the GOTY podcasts this week.

It's possible he makes some good points but it's posted on the Escapist which I have learned to never ever go to for any reason.

I used the third strategy, which was to skill everything wrong and then reach a point where I could never grind enough money per life to buy any more upgrades. Then I quit.

I never got legitimately good. But I never got legitimately bad. I stayed legitimately awful.
