Magic Online is a great way to play the game without the hassle of  finding other players. My only gripe is that the menu designs for it have gone downhill since it first came out.

When it comes to what element you want to make a deck on, base it more on an ability or type of spell then just one type of creature (unless that creature type has specific abilities like Slivers or Spikes). As of right now, since you don't have any cards and are new to the game, I'd recommend snagging a simple pre-made deck and a booster pack or two for you to play with customization.

" @Aurelito:  already dead? dude i've been playing Prototype for 2 days straight ;]

the only games that made it hiccup and even crash are.... Mass Effect and... hmm i guess thats it. well my computer has been crashing to blue screen for months now (whenever it gets really intense, usually from big games) so i never got to play Mass Effect and always crashed which is why i never beat it which is why i hate it xD Crysis worked very well.

the games i've been getting recently, crash occasionally.. prototype has been crashing now and then.
When i tell vista to check for solutions it tells me that something is wrong with my nVidia drive.. i've downloaded the new driver a million times and it wont fix it.. its like something is up my PC's buttom and it wont go away easily

Why dont i get it fixed and enjoy uncrashable gaming? its very tempting and i miss my computer being flawless but I dunno.. fixing stuff by going to the store and leaving it there then going to get it and paying and all the complications.. its just a pain. and im very lazy so.. screw it, i can handle an occasional crash.
"
Crashing is usually a driver issue. Check to make sure those are up to date.

I'd do as Kitsune recommended and get another 2 GB's of RAM. Once that's done I'd say it'd last for another couple years before you'll need to start jumping into the 'low' settings.

I think you're forgetting just how many jobs are created by having these social programs; jobs that lighten the negative side of having a market economy. No, the big and rich do not get as big and rich, but that means what is considered rich there is more of, creating more competition within that market economy leading to higher quality goods with just as many jobs.

"I picked it up on Steam last year and played for about 25 minutes. I got to this little farm and immediately got destroyed by some guys. After that I urned it off and never played it again. If you can find it for cheap check it out, but remember going in that the game is hella hard."
You definitely gave up way to soon. I almost did the exact same thing, after dying at that farm about 4 times. But if you take it slow you can get past it, and after about 4-6 hours the game will have you hooked.
"
Hmm. I guess I'll give it another try in the near future. It's a game I've always wanted to play and like, but just never got around to it. Getting my ass handed to me sure didn't help either. XD"
Yeah, I definitely know what you mean. lol. They needed to do a better job easing players into it rather then having the first firefight be against 16 dudes with shotguns. "
Well at least they gave you some backup.... <.<
But I know what you mean, and it's for that very reason that I warn all my friends that try it: this game is difficult, YOU WILL DIE! But once you get an automatic weapon in hand, you should be fine.

10. Yes plox
9. Some are easier to move the thumb, not the wrist.
8. Because I don't want to be swarmed with 'hi's the second I go into a Live game, be it Windows or otherwise
7. Why do I pay full price in Canada and still don't get the full serivce?
6. Meh
5. I've been asking the same thing for a while now
4. Warhammer 40 000: Space Marine, your desires answered. I can only hope it has writing that is at least SOMEWHAT up to snuff as to what I'd want out of a 40K game.
3. Good question, because I really want to play Crysis for half an hour on the go. (goddammit, sarcasm is hard to get through on the internet...)
