aww happy birthday !!! My Birthday is on august 1st but no one ever remembers not even my mom lol she remebers all my others siblings birthdays but not mine :( oh well.

@EuanDewar: Yes, I know. I will go to the gym and that is it. My GF broke up with me yesterday, on her birthday. All my friends are at work tonight. They work for a gaming company and have BS hours so we are having dinner tomorrow night and my friend is throwing a party on Saturday night so I am just going to sit here read, play games and watch a movie.
Plus only a few of you know I had surgery on the 1st that I am still recovering from so it's not like I can do anything to wild.
@EuanDewar: Two years ago I started having crazy pain in my back I figured it was from being so bad ass at videogames :P, turns out I had a disc slip out and smash my nerve. They spent a year having me do all this BS from chiropractors, shots, therapy, stretches and I even went to get spiritually healed :P. Nothing was working so they did a surgery where they cut the disc in half. I finally could walk again but the pain was still there just no where near what it is was.
But, I would take so much medicine a day and just being angry and it was killing me. They did some scans and saw that nothing was on it so they figured it was nerve damage from having my disc on top of it for so long. The pain was going up my leg to my lower back. So I was taking this medicine to try and heal it but it wasn't working. They said it could take 18 months but since I wasn't getting any better they offered a new solution.
The put a machine in my body about the size of an ipod touch that is tied to 5 areas in my back to different nerves. I use a remote and send an electric stimulate through my body non stop through out the day. I can increase how hard it shocks me and how fast. I leave it running 24 hours a day. When I sit and lay down it's more intense so at night I have it a low setting which feels like someone is just poking me over and over again. But, I had the surgery on July 1st and before it hurt to walk since the 5th of July I have walked 3 miles a day since. I used to run 3 days a week so to finally be able to do something again to get in shape is amazing. I gained about 50 pounds being crippled so it's good to be getting back to normal. I can't bend, twist or lift for another 3 weeks but starting tomorrow I can add swimming again.
Long story short, I feel like Iron man but it's as normal as I can get and I'm glad something finally took away the pain. I still have some but it's like 5% pain at my worst it would take me 20 minutes to get to my car from my apartment. Which should of only took about a minute. Jesus, I should of put this as my blog I didn't think I would write so much but I might as well share since I love the duders.
