I'll agree that that dude sucks, but why didn't she just tell him to just stop? It doesn't seem to have bothered her too much.
Don't get me wrong, I think the guy sucks and deserves something for it, but as long as we're dishing out should'ves to people, she probably should have confronted this guy about it later instead of plastering it all over the internet. Decent people make mistakes; one drunken fuck-up doesn't merit doing something that might ruin a job, especially the job of someone that was supposedly a friend. It's a private matter and should have stayed a private matter.
Incidentally, the reasons for not even using Facebook, Twitter, etc. just keep mounting higher and higher.
The dude was a jerk, but I kind of agree with this. She wasn't into him, but she didn't make that totally clear to him either. She was even kinda joking. It was uncomfortable joking, but maybe to a drunk/poor social skills dude it doesn't come across that way? Don't be afraid to say "No" people. Now, if she had called him out on his poor behavior and he either continued it, or was a jerk about it, she could go DEFCON 12 on his ass and email his mother for all I care, but I do almost feel sorry for the poor doofus. Almost.
