Yeah, I'm loving the Batmobile. Driving around Gotham is fun, and it winds up looking looking and feeling alot like the Tumbler. The advice that Dan got tweeted was a huge help, too. Setting the Battlemode to 'toggle' helped a ton. I was most worried about the Batmobile going in, and so far I'm really enjoying it. I completed the first Riddler track and enjoyed that. I didn't think I'd have fun with puzzle based driving...but turns out I do.

Something I'm very curious about is the implementation of "legendary" Batmobiles with the Season Pass. I can't see that being conveyed with just paint jobs, like the '66 Classic Batmobile skin. I'd like to see how they'd showcase a Burton Mobile...though perhaps if it's only for race tracks it'd work. But, getting vastly different designed Batmobiles in the mix and using battlemode...I can't wait to see how Rocksteady handles that.

I had the same problem. That nearly 4 gig Patch took hours to download. A few of the DLC's took sometime as well. But man, was that patch a long time.

It really has been a horrible launch. One thing after another. Too bad, too, for such a great game.

Did you watch the last Spider-Man film?

Of course they're rebooting.

Though, I'm pretty sure he's not actually getting his own film. Not yet. It's supposed to be about getting Spidey in the Marvel Films universe (finally).

Mods. Never been a PC gamer, and mods have always been the thing that I've been jealous of PC gamers. Even more than having far better graphics.

I dunno, for as much in-strides that were made when Kiefer was announced it kinda seems like it'd all be for nothing if he barely speaks. Alot of MGS fans would have been okay with Richard Doyle getting the call, because the older Big Boss gets the further away from Hayter's voice he should get as well. So, Kiefer being Big Boss is actually okay because I view Hayter as Solid Snake all the way, with him voicing a young Big Boss out of convenience that fits with the narrative. So, if Kiefer had been voicing Solid Snake that would have been where I'd be pissed.

But, man they made a big deal about it. And they didn't handle the David Hayter situation well. Like, at all. He's been the leading man for a long time, they needed to handle that better.

And if in the end, it winds being that all that bullshit, and missteps, and it was ultimately for what Jeff said seemed like a silent protagonist, then what the fuck? They could have saved themselves months of bitching and in-fighting with their fanbase if that's the end result. We have to wait and see, but man it'd be ridiculous if it winds up being the case.

Man, that was nuts. I was playing a game while listening to the stream on the side, but at some point, pretty sure when Johnny tweet out Lang's number, I just couldn't stop staring at the stream.

Yeah, they managed to screw us over pretty good. I mean, 6 days away from release and they do that.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I'm interested in the PSN Premium Edition, but I'm an old man whose paranoid about digital releases and prefer hard copies. Though, I'm feeling like not giving them any of my money at this point. I might feel different in a few days, but man...a week from release. The only way it could be worse was if they had done it the day of release, instead.

I'm arriving at the conclusion that all of the demon Snake stuff, and the horn, is just Big Boss straight losing his mind. He's gotta just be descending into madness.

Which would work for me. I mean, that's the canon of the series. Big Boss loses his shit and becomes the villain.

Jeez, they've already passed a million dollars. That's nuts. I mean, I've wanted Shenmue 3 since forever. But, man...that's nuts.
