All about Solid Snake myself. Saved the world multiple times, master at wetworks operations, and consummate ladies man. Snake has always been the ultimate badass for me and you can't deny that signature David Hayter voice!
I follow the Giantbomb staff rule of 90 days, in fact I have incorporated into all media I consume. Then again I am a person who will media blackout to avoid spoilers, but the 90 day rule has worked well for me so far. Like they said on the early bombcasts, if you haven't played it in 90 days you don't really care enough about it for it to matter.
I think it really depends on how invested in the Mass Effect universe you are. If you have have been playing the whole series then go with Mass Effect 3. Otherwise it just depends on whether you want sci-fi or fantasy?

Thinking on it, I think it was Diablo 2. I had a lot of fond memories of running around with my friends on that game, or even just randoms killing cows!
Shadow Hearts, Shadows Hearts: Covenant, Enslaved, Phantasy Star IV, the Mass Effect series, Metal Gear Solid 4, Heavy Rain, and a bunch of other games but that's a good start in my mind.
