I mean, they're Marvel characters, right? Hit-Girl is currently my #1 character that I'm hoping for in the game. (though the odds of it happening are probably low)

I've loved every Bioware game, even Jade Empire.
 
The only Bethesda game that didn't bore be to death within an hour of play was Fallout 3 (Which I like very much)

Oblivion - I love Fallout 3, but for some reason can't get into Oblivion at all.
 
Half-Life 2 - Personally, I consider the single player campaign in Halo:CE better in nearly every way. Better vehicles, more interesting weapons (Grav-gun aside), enemies with decent AI, and a great soundtrack.
