This isn't a vote for best island (Australia would win it anyway), it's a vote for best continent. Silly New Zealand. And don't you dare suggest New Zealand is a part of Australia. You can, however, provide the names of some successful New Zealand actors that we will claim to be Australian.
?
Aside from the fact that suggesting New Zealand is a part of Australia is incredibly insulting, it's also not a part of the continent at all. New Zealand is actually part of a continent of its own, but the continent was so embarassed to be associated with New Zealand it decided to hide under the ocean.

Australia is a pretty crappy continent. There's beaches, some rainforests and a whole lot of nothing in the middle. We have some crazy cool animals though, I guess.
About $20, that's what I'd expect to pay for the equivalent as a download-only release. That said, I'm not terribly interested in picking it up anyway so if it went for $20 tomorrow I'd probably pass. If it were in some crazy Steam sale for $5 I'd probably pick it up in a heartbeat.
By the way, Aussie game prices are pretty crazy, but if you're paying $130-140 for a new release game you should probably start shopping somewhere else.
I'm 99% sure the two programs are streamed from different Justin.tv channels and the GiantBomb JTV channel has access to some beta features such as streaming in multiple resolutions on the fly that the channel the Happy Hour airs on doesn't have access to.
I haven't seen any hate, but then I haven't paid a whole lot of attention. Personally I'm really hoping Soul Calibur V will be awesome, the series hasn't done a whole lot for me since Soul Calibur II and I'd love to see Namco manage to really bring it back.
I'm not really competitive about the game, but I do find that in two player games I enjoy it more if items are turned off. And the nice thing about final destination is that there's no messing about with a massive stage, no downtime, it's pretty much a constant fight. It's a game with a multitude of options that cater for a large variety of playstyles, yo. There's no need for hating.
Only if they basically completely rejiggered the second half of that game.
Eating into Reach's player base with a CE remake so soon sounds like a total dick move, too. Halo 3's multiplayer got three years without another game in the series cannibalising its own player base, it'd be nice if Reach got at least two - all I know is I'd like to be able to return to Reach's downright awesome multiplayer without having to worry about having a hard time finding matches because of a step backwards like releasing a HD Combat Evolved.
