There's a rumor on reddit stating that it's due to a new CFW for the PS3 which enables piracy of PSN content.

Dunno, if it's real, but I know I'm not the only one annoyed by the PSN Outage.

I remember Patrick back from 1UP. He's been everywhere now hasn't he? 1UP? G4? MTV Games? EGM?

I subscribed to support the 5000 strong for no split Bombcast. Only for a first month, gonna do a trial run of the features, see if I like it. If not, I will quit. Simple as that.

Signed up hoping that they wouldn't split the Bombcast. Also, decided to test their features for a month and see if I like it enough to really commit.

Didn't see all of the "actual show", but the party was great, especially later in the evening.
