Wow! That's terrific!

I tried using a straight razor (the cut-throat, badass kind) a few times. I bought a good one, did a ton of research, tried to do it all properly (followed all of the instructions that serious shaving people give you: lots of face-soaking in hot water, good shaving cream and a nice shaving brush, etc etc). It was a terrible experience in every possible way. Took literally five times as long, the shave was not as close as with a Mach 3, and I got serious razor burn. I tried it a few times and gave up. Maybe it would have gotten amazing...

I have really tough facial hair also, and I go through Mach 3 blades pretty fast; using nice shaving cream and shaving in the shower really helps me a lot.

I mostly just listen to the Bombcast, and it is totally worth the subscription fee. I never even listen to the premium version because I enjoy the ads and I'm happy to boost whatever numbers of ad listeners they get just in case that benefits them more. So I'm paying for something I could get for free and I don't care at all. The podcast is great, and I wish they were all huge multi-millionaires for making it.

If no one in this thread refers to themself or someone else as a "voice commando," I will be very disappointed.

I've been listening to this over and over every time I need a study break.

I've been a subscriber since day 1, and it's almost entirely because of the Bombcast. I like the rest of the stuff (most especially ridiculous quick looks) but honestly I'd pay $50 a year just to support the bombcast.
