It really depends on the individual in front of you. Plenty of people at the Best Buy I work at are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, but we also have a few who don't know their department or need an attitude check. I'm glad the company is getting restructured though, it should improve the training process.

I really enjoy Vinny's crude humor and upbeat attitude, but I have to give Jeff the edge because his impersonations/caricatures are just so good.

You are totally right to give her a deadline to move out. The way she handled it sounds pretty childish. Unfortunately she probably is not well-adjusted (judging from the little info given) and will continue to cause drama for you until you push her out of your life. If she isn't paying documented rent or financial aid of any sort, you can legally just remove her possessions from your home and have the police remove her if she refuses to leave at any time. Hopefully it doesn't come to that.

While I kind of agree with what the OP is getting at here, I'd just like to say that I have never been polled for any of the shit that I see statistics on regarding any subject. I don't trust stats unless I get sample sizes, region specifics, and other important details.
