I was kind of having some of the same issues you thought of. I didn't really get stoked about it until I saw you guys playing it and I missed out on the Beta keys.  I wish City of Heroes had a lifetime membership (or I would have gotten into it when it did). I look at it this way. If the game stays up for 16 months (hell the year would be good), you've broken even. Plus, playing as a BORG! Anywhoo, I'm seeing myself plunking down the scratch before the launch.  
 
I thought I read somewhere on the official page that you can get a lifetime subscription AFTER the game launches, the price goes up to $299, though. I can't seem to find that now, though. 

Aww, where's B-Boy??  That's a....gem that needs to be Holy Hell! Nuclear Strike!! Yes! Strike series remake not at all confirmed!

I was kind of worried about this until I saw the little Jack Frost icon in the thrd video. All is better now.

Hmm, Ghostbusters is supposedly out today & Xbox live is down. Coincidence....? *yip* I need to catch up the Endurance Run anyway & inFAMOUS.

First off, BAT-TLE CRYYYYY!! Given the artists mentioned, If they won, there should be a stipulation that there be proper artists (& controls) put into the game and not those BS ones mentioned. "Needs to get their Act(ogether)vision", or more importantly, SOMEBODY comes correct with a game with proper artists..

It's also a damned shame that instead of trying to make a game that would be good even under competition, a company would have to buy them(or the license to make them) out and kill them. I'm looking at YOU, EA!

Batarang?? Would it fit in my GTA 4 lockbox? The game would be handy, though.  A C note, though? DLC that'll eventually come out? Maybe...Wait, no cloth map? No deal!
