I was recently looking through my NES collection and was wondering what your guys' favorite NES games were. Mine are SMB3 (of course), Shadowgate, and Duck Hunt. Were there any rare or obscure games that struck your fancies?

I'm interested in it, despite it being ANOTHER zombie game. Is anyone playing it? How is it?

It's an okay game but it definitely needed to either have a more varied combat or move at a quicker pace, and what is with no maps?

I would love to see a new Costume Quest, because I think the original game had a lot of charm and hilarity but was plagued with being overly simple and (i know this is a little thing but it makes a big difference to me) the text was really difficult to read. Despite that I think another would be lovely, although I'm not actively hoping for one because Double Fine is not known for making franchises, ever.

The wiki page, while very empty, did list the North American release date.
Did this game come out here or is it an error?

I know it was reported to have a "confirmed" 2010 release on XBLA but now it seems, as it is 2011, that that piece of information was not true or that shiitake has changed. Has Anyone heard anything? I really want to play this game, and hope beyond hope that it has not gone to development hell.

Nah, there's 8 endings and none of them skew that closely to the usual retarded Bioware crap("SUPREME ALMIGHTY SAINT"or "ORPHAN DESTROYING DICKBAG") from what those who played it are saying.  Also, there's the babel tower thing to complete and rapunzel. Besides, there are "s-link" type things present in Catherine with the side characters. I'm pretty sure you can't view all of those in one playthrough.
That sounds a lot more like the re-playability that Atlus would build in to a game. Focusing on how you treat characters and the relational side of it. I'm not sure if I am excited about this game but I know that if you gauge games based on length vs. dollars you should be only be playing JRPGs because that is where the ratio is the highest, but if you are like me and play games for fun rather than for statistical supremacy you should rent it or play the demo before buying.
