So over the last three days my friend and I have been working on making our first serious attempt at rap music. About an hour ago we completed it, figured I may as well post in here and see what you guys think.

This is my contribution, not very professionally recorded, just 30 minutes in FL studio and a laptop microphone but i tried, if people wanna give critiques i'm open

I quite enjoyed that, I'm a rapper as well, I'm actually recording a song later tonight haha, I'll post it when i'm done. If you dig it I'd be interested in collaborating.

I disagree too, I thought that Enslaved's ending was awesome, and on top of that I think Mockingjay is probably the best book in the hunger games trilogy. Catching Fire was absolute shit and the third one did a lot to bring the series back into good favor for me. I saw nothing wrong with the way it ended, you really want them to write in a lazy plot excuse to have another hunger games?

There are other gamer types and lots of people don't just like those games, Eternal Sonata is an awesome game and Fredrick Chopin is a way better songwriter/composer than Linkin Park.

I've replaced all music-radio-recommendation programs with Spotify, because Spotify is fucking amazing.

I don't understand all the hate for Mario Party. There are not enough games out nowadays that are fun for four people to play sitting in the same room, everything is about online multiplayer and whatnot, but sitting in a room with three other people and playing Mario Party is something that always has appeal.

Since I came to college I've really been falling off on how many video games I play, but what I am playing is literally the original Mario Party and Super Smash Bros. for the N64, because those games hold up and are fun for everybody, even those that are not particularly skillful at video games. I think Mario Party in particular has an ingenious formula, as it mixes luck (the board) with skill (the mini-games) to create a game that good video-game players can feel like the succeed in but amateurs still have a shot at winning and are, as a result, enticed to play.

So yeah, I'm turning into a nintendo family-party-game defender that I probably would have hated a year ago, but really it's all just a matter of perspective. Nintendo does make accessible games, and that is worth something. I think the Mario Party series is something that appeals to everybody.
