@fitzgerald: I also listen to the podcast on my iphone using the podcast app. A couple months ago I was able to add the premium podcast feed to auto-download. You just hit the plus in the top left corner, enter http://www.giantbomb.com/podcast-xml/premiumbombcast (I think) and then it'll ask for your login. Took me a couple tries. I think I was putting in the wrong url or something.

I just had mono back in September. The best thing for my throat was Cepacol. It numbs your throat so you can actually swallow. It kinda gets weird after a while but it was awesome!
