I'll agree that the type of entertainment being produced is a lot different from the great stuff made in the old Gamespot days, but back then they worked in a relatively huge company, which had a huge amount of resources. They probably got away with doing a lot of overly produced stupid stuff, which was awesome. Obviously, they no longer have the resources to pull that stuff off, but I think what the GB crew has created is wonderful. To this day, I think the best produced thing on Giant Bomb is the Persona 4 Endurance Run, but when you take a look at that, it's cheap and relatively easy to produce and what made it so awesome were Jeff and Vinny.
If anything, I respect Jeff and the rest of these guys more, because Giant Bomb feels a hell of a lot more personal than Gamespot ever did.
I've played over 40 hours on PS3 and haven't had any major issues. The framerate can dip for a few seconds, but that's it. I'm actually really surprised I haven't had a lock up.
I didn't use Beast Form at all during that mission. Once you equip it, you use it just like you would your Shouts. You also can't use the in-game menu when in wolf form, so no healing or using items of any kind, looting enemies while in Beast Form is also a no-no. Oh, and if you want to keep your Werewolf form going you have to feed on enemies you have killed which adds an extra 30 seconds of being in Beast Form, if you want to be in human form, you just have to wait it out.
I went Imperial because I never really played much of any Elder Scrolls game, but based on what I usually go for in RPGs it's a mix of melee and magic, so I picked that. Still have no idea what Voice of the Empire does though... I tried using it on people when I couldn't pass a persuasion check, but all it look like I was doing was shouting in their face (which is pretty funny).
