I saw it and immediately thought my girlfriends kid somehow bought it. I was so happy to see it was just a shitty ad. I bought the first Destiny and was kinda bored with it. I have no interest to play the second game at all and deleted it in a hurry.
Here in the Midwestern United States, game shelves in stores have very little Vita games if at all. Seems like if you want physical carts for the Vita, you have to order them from Amazon or whatever online shopping site you use.
I love my Vita even though I don't come across a lot of opportunities to play it. (Don't travel a lot and when I'm home, I just want to play games on my big TV).
My first video game console. My mother got me a Sega Genesis with Sonic Spinball. Maybe a crappy game, but fuck did I love it then and have a soft spot for it now. Also, LIGHT CRUSADER! The other one was when an my babysitter who is like a grandmother to me, got me a 32X with a mess of games for it like Doom and Mortal Kombat II. I wished i had kept them.
I played MGS back on the PS1 when it came out so many times. Finally got around to playing MGS 2 and 3 when they did the HD Re-release on 360. Watched all of Metal Gear Scanlon so I got a refresher on the first three games and finally saw MGS4 (which I would've loved had I owned a PS3). I was so excited for MGSV that I did what I rarely do, I pre-ordered it on PSN.
I didn't even last a month. The materials, the base building stuff, and the way Konami kept screwing up the online element of the game was enough for me to bounce off of it. I'll watch Drew and Dans play through when I have the time.
Voices From Chernobyl: The Oral History Of A Nuclear Disaster by Svetlana Alexievich
It's a very haunting book filled with first hand testimonies of people who were there when the meltdown occurred. A lot of the stories are just heartbreaking while there are one or two that are funny in a dark sense. It's quite a piece of history and is chronicled very well in this book.
