Time Splitters 3 credits went on for about forty minutes... In frustration, I pressed the A button and found out that it was looping and that you could skip the whole thing.

Just tried it, said servers are unavailable and didn't have the start game prompt either. 
 
Signing off xbox live for now is the only suggestion I could give.

Nothing necessarily groundbreaking, but sounds like there changing up the formula a little bit.
