Are they just supposed to give Activision first looks for 10 years or are they forever bound to Activision for 10 years, such that whatever game that they make outside of Halo HAS to be Activision-published or it will not fly.
 
What happens if Activision holds Bungie hostage to this contract? Like, they suddenly feel that the amount they get from making XYZ game isn't cutting it and they won't deal with Activision anymore, or just don't feel like putting out another game? Get what I'm saying?

Get into the Blackhawk in that Autumn sniping map on Rush. Make sure nobody's in it.
 
Circle around to the first Russian tiny island (provided the consoles aren't blown up yet). Quickly fly close to the ground and start sitting on people around the back, near the small hill with the MG. Repeat as necessary or until your chopper blows up. The middle section between the 2 consoles is fine too.

So I have this thing that's irking me regarding Giantbomb as a database. One thing is the browse section is pretty broken with the sorting. For example, in the browse section, I can't seem to get games listed Alphabetically or by Release Date AND get it to show me results only for certain platforms.  Also, is there some hidden "Advanced Search" feature I am missing? Cause I sometimes want to specifically query the DB to show me games that have certain characters in them, belonging to certain genres, have certain concepts or objects in them, and/or from specific platforms or release dates. The regular search on the top bar is fine and all if I know what I am searching for, but most of the time I don't, so I need some kind of complex search like that.
 
Is this issue a known thing? Or is there some feature I am missing? Cause I'm not seeing any "Advanced Search" on the top navigation bar.

Well I am now at hour 80. Currently at Chapter 16 but I don't feel like going to the last area just yet. Been trying to gather the best parts for my handguns - which is kinda silly cause I can only use one handgun as I'm rocking duo-dual-SMGs. But the collector in me wants to prep all I can for Neverland. MJ Awaits.
 
Also, grind the Arena if you care. It helps with the leveling. My dudes are 230, 230 and 238 now. Rank 45 of the challenges alone is great for leveling up. One kill levels your handgun up 6 levels from lvl 50.
 
EDIT: Well. I've beatened the game now. Final clock at 83h - beaten everything including Neverland, which I may add is really taxing on the mind.

Do note that GOW3 is the most graphically intensive game on the PS3 - it is the first game to turn my PS3 off at various points during my run cause of (I believe) heating issues. I also have sound issues consistently towards the end of the game, like sound skipping, playing twice, or being out of sync with the cut scene.
 
It could be the disc, but it could also just means Kratos is battling inside your PS3, banging Olympian heads against the GPU.

Also, because of GOW3, my PS3 now has a slight case of YLOD; and I'm no longer covered under the warranty.

40 hours into this game and I've only just beaten Chapter 8's boss. Man there's so much stuff to do but fuck it's starting to feel a little bit boring running up to form the triangle and hit tri-attack every time I get into a fight. Maybe it's not helping that I'm actually grinding the bloody Arena challenges so I can the stupid scope. I'm starting to doubt myself if I'll ever finish this game - even more so since I am battling against God's will as my PS3 actually suffering from intermittent YLOD.
 
Also, what the hell is up with the difficulty in this game? It fluctuates. Like one section I am just blazing bad-dudes with ease and then suddenly I see an encounter that has me fighting 3x of Chapter 7's boss, or 4x of Chapter 6 bosses (This was in the Arena Rank 25-3 just to warn you). Maybe they are peons, but fuck the bosses are just so much tougher it's almost unfair.
