You're blaming a gun for killing people. Hotz invented the gun, but he never fired it. Yes, however, you can't blame the person who created the bomb for what others will do with it. You can't blame Einstein for every Atomic Bomb that will ever be dropped, for example.  There will ALWAYS be people who misuse what is given to them. That's just fact.  Also, I would like to point out that he didn't create anything initially dangerous. If we're using an Atomic Bomb as an example, Hotz discovered how to use nuclear energy, not make it into a bomb. Like I said before, he didn't create anything used for pirating or cheating, it was simply by OTHERS who then branched out with his works. "

The PS3 hack was made to allow us to use Linux on our systems like we were using before. Its original intention had nothing to do with piracy. Hotz actually stated that he does NOT advocated piracy.

Stating he doesn't advocate piracy is like a doctor creating a self abortion kit for young mothers but doesn't condone abortion. "

The same could be said about MvC 3. The Killzone 3 beta was excellent and actually convinced me to buy the game. On the other hand I bought MvC3 also because it's a pretty fun game and I wouldn't mind getting better at it. At the end of the day it really comes down to which genre you enjoy more. "
