I like them all, but Naoto is my 1st pick and then Chie. However I must admit I'm a sucker for Mitsuru from P3.

I'd go with Naoto, then Yukiko, then Rise and then Chie. To be fair, I like them all quite a lot but I guess that's the order I'd have to put them in.

Chie. Hands down. She's my kind of lady, both visually and personality-wise. Good voice actress, too.
 
That said, I'm four-fifths of the way through the Endurance Run, and Naoto is really growing on me. I seem to have a thing for tomboys / girls with pixie haircuts.

Anyone who doesn't choose Rise obviously shares different tastes in women than I do.

As you can see by my avatar Chie is in first.
 
1) Chie - Because she's awesome.
2) Naoto - Because I think that we could solve crimes even after the main game is done.
3) Yukiko - Own a Hotel! Party all the time. She seems to timid to stop me anyways.
4) Rise - Idols can only be one thing, high strung. Don't need to drama!

Rise and Naoto are clearly my favorites, but unfortunately there can only be one vote.

I think the recent discussion surrounding Chie, Rise, Yukiko (but strangely no mention of Naoto) warrants further examination here.

Well... English voice cast i pick Chie, but Japanese voice cast i pick Yukiko. 
Having heard both versions, the characters really come across as oddly different when you compare them. 

The way everyone was talking, I expected the Chie proportion to decrease not the opposite.

i always had a thing for the lovers arcana girls. and rise is a step up over fuuka in how much she does for you in battle. but I like Yukiko's japanese voice also. you know she does sound like mio now that i think about it.

I was a Chie man for awhile, with Naoto as a close second. Then I started playing P4A and Naoto overtook Chie cause I gotta have that character loyalty. Chie would still make for a super awesome friend to have though.

Naoto > Yukiko > Rise = Chie
