i love watching both of these. But yeah, i do appreciate BR's quicker pace, but they do keep missing small things, hopefully this will create a big difference in versions depending on how this game plays out.

Slowly, but surely, we will begin to see Brad lose his mind.  He will begin to rave about this game, and how brilliant and amazing it is.  This will end with him giving the game a 6/5 rating, and then leaving Giantbomb to create a website devoted entirely to him stalking the game's creator in hopes of a sequel.  Ryan will then start to come to work in a suit and tie everyday and insist that people call him "York...that's what everyone calls me." as he flashes a fake badge that he made himself every few minutes.  Thus is the power of Deadly Premonition's pure insanity.  God help us all.

I enjoy seeing the commentary similarities between the two ERs.

EDIT: I was also considering buying this game, until I watched the first ER ep. Then I watched the second, with the breath holding zombie, the weird old lady, and the trippy soundtrack. Now I'm back to wanting to buy it again.

Is it just me or does the music when they're at the table sound a lot like some tune from Super Mario World just a bit slower?

As far as I can tell the player is Zach and when York is holding his head he's talking to you, but that's my impression only a few hours into the game.

I feel for Brad. Just watching these is hard, even after 5 minutes. Having to play through that convoluted mess, and then take comments like some of you are posting would lead me to acts of violence. If this game were alcohol, it would be Gin. We all know how bad Gin is.

Any game where you can shave gets an A+ in my book.

 I love this stuff. I was about to leave for class and I saw that this was up... f[ee]p class.    

Much better than R&B's first episode... wish Brad would stop making "this game is bad" jokes, we get it, just accept it for what it is and have fun with it.

You guys are freaking out way too much about Brad's attitude about the game. It's a fucking shitty game, of course you're going to point out when it's bad (which is often). Why are you so defensive of it anyway? Do you have some personal investment in its success?

I am interested to see whether or not these two ER's will have any effect on the sales of DP. Persona 4 was an excellent game which didn't need more promotion to sell - Deadly Premonition, on the other hand, could benefit.

I'm loving both ERuns, but Brad shouldnt be so negative. Enjoy it man!

Brad is fine, you guys complain too much. Anyway, what's up with York never opening up his badge case, just shows the cover.  Hilarious.

I gotta say I enjoy seeing the difference in play styles for the 2 ERs.

OH YEA!!!

Is this game some reverse engineered RE? So many things looks like it. The text and button icrons, the end of level progress, the tank like controls and the foot planted shooting.

I love the Brad and Ryan segments, not gonna lie.
