Well, a reliable source tells me that someone's gonna be feeling the power of Chie's 'Jesus Palm'!... at least i think thats what its called.... though i gotta say, this particular source has been hitting the bottle pretty hard recently....

By now you've probably got a lot of weak healing items, and food items that are out-of-combat only anyway. Can be worth using them outside of combat for generic healing to save on SP, but generally that's best saved for when you're running out of time on any given dungeon, or when you simply don't have enough money for an SP injection from fox.
 
Another thing you HAVE to remember is that Almighty damage is always considerably weaker than an equivalent level of any given elemental spell, however, it is impossible to guard against Almighty, which is where fighting against tricky bosses or annoying enemies it does have its uses. If possible, use an elemental spell, if the enemy can resist most of them, it can be certainly worth the SP hit for a guaranteed hit.
 
Lastly, physical abilities are always percentage based against your max HP. On a second playthrough, where you can recall ANY persona you made really early on, and you've only got 200 health, you'll be able to kill bosses in about one move with things like god-hand or the unique 8X light damage to all that Yoshitsune has with a few buffs while only costing 60 or so HP. This does mean that at your point in the game, it'll always drain a good fifth of your health for any solid damage amount, but that's why Chie has so many HP for her level, since her ice abilities are practically non-existant aside from weakness hitting.

It was kinda stupid to get rid of Brave Blade, but calm down mang.

Brave Blade is a very powerful attack, but frankly, it's only a definite keeper if you've decided to not use Chie, as having someone on hand with a potent physical attack is a must. It's best to have most attack options covered beyond the main character, so yeah, Tentarafoo might have been the better removal choice, but it's not that bad a move, especially for wind amp, which I think DOES stack with all other wind buff abilities.

Rings boost will stack with amps and boost but amps and boost can not stack with each other.

Heh heh heh. Everytime you guys used a God Hand it was followed by a hilarious cackle. But there was too many great things going on in this episode. Ryan messing with Jeff's desk. Beatles Persona 4 Edition. Drum rolls, everything.

When they replaced Brave Blade I opened a new window and loaded the page up again specifically to see people screaming at them for this.

God's Hand is the future. Or you know, an awesome persona spell. OR MAYBE THE FUTURE!!!

Can't wait for next episode when they're trying to figure out how to proceed in this dead end.

Is Trumpeters SP and HP recovery effect working on everyone even when he's not selected? It seems that the party are recovering a lot of both.

2000 damage was intense, this is when Chie overtakes everyone else as far as bosses go.

I can not believe you just got rid of Brave Blade.

I don't think replacing Brave Blade is that big a deal.  Yosuke's wind attacks are pretty powerful and if they run into an enemy that's resistant to it he can Wind Break.
