Haha, you took a beating Son!. You guys really should have played using the Wii Remote on it's own. 

If you dont have the nunchuck plugged in you cant play it, thats the only control scheme.  
 
Also if you beat the second fight theres a 3rd one where he uses the Star Punch on you.

  That's not the case with the Wii game I have. Are you sure?.  edit;  If it does only allow motion control, that's kinda cool them forcing it on you to mix things up. I'm sure most  like me have played through the Wii game without the motion controls. "

lol, you can punch him any time :P Unplug the nunchuk it should automatically switch over to classic play mode.
 
Its a fun game for what its worth, and now i don't have a hat collecting dust :P

I know what Jeff's talking about with the Punch-Out weakness.  On the NES Punch-Out, dodging left was all you had to do most of the time and it just becomes instinctive to use the dodge left for everything.  I got wrecked a couple times on Punch-Out Wii because of that.

I don't know who came up with the "Quick Looks" idea, but it's a pure stroke of genius.  I don't know of any other site that does this.  I am loving 'em!  Keep 'em comin'!

Pretty messed-up they force you to use the dumb way to play.  Sideways Wiimote is the only reason I bought the game in the first place, if it didn't have that method I'd have skipped it.  I'm now laughing at the suckers who went out of their way to get this bonus.

If you remove the Nunchuk, the game goes to classic holding-the-Wiimote-sideways controls. I know this because I have the game.

I played it with the remote on it's side with nothing plugged in, worked great, I promise.
 
And you do unlock a 3rd mode after you beat him.
