Oh man, I almost don't want to watch this one to keep it fresh for me.  Sam and Max season 2 is potentially my favorite adventure game ever.  Glad they came back to this finally.  As much as I think Monkey Island's fun, Sam and Max is way more my style.

It seems Sony have implemented a subscription system, where you can buy the whole season on the PS3 and get each episode as they're released, just as it is on the PC.  That's not really possible on the 360 (yet) so I imagine they'll wait and release it when all the episodes are available and sell it for 1,600 points, like they have in the past.
 
But this is one case where I wouldn't buy them on anything but the PC, especially as you get so many freebies for pre-ordering.  (a freelance police pass, and the DVD containing all the episodes on disc.)

I really don't like QLEXs, because they feel more like sales promotions, and less like honest looks at the game. Since we seem to be seeing more of them, it makes me wonder. I'd hate to see devs actively managing the quick looks they give to GB, seeing as it makes them less informative and less fun to watch.

I wish these games had the writing of Hit the Road. That game's script was razor sharp, and Sam's VO was better. No, I will never get the fuck over it.

When considering Telltale's release strategy with the earlier Sam & Max seasons, having a release for XBLA seems to be a safe bet. Calm down people.

Telltale announced it as a PSN exclusive for consoles, so there's at least a long wait before there could be an XBLA or Wii release.

I prefer my adventure games of the Monkey Island flavor but I'm down for some Sam & Max too.

People that are using a controller, as the cursor-based XBLA versions of the first two seasons handle poorly on a controller. It's good that this seems to be their first game that was made with a controller in mind, but they also said it'll control differently on the PC, so you should have your point-and-click interface there.
