Quick Look: Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble

Jeez... I want THIS game.

Looks like a mix of Yakuza and God Hand. But the combat is WAY too slow.

Anybody who takes life lessons from a game like this is an idiot, simple as that. It doesn't even really matter if this is actually promoting anything or not, any normal human being should be smart enough to know that going around beating up people in the street is not what you should be doing with your life, even if a very convincing and realistic video game such as this lets you do it. "

Kenka Bancho 1 and 2 huh? If it has that crazy premise mixed with insane japanese antics, it might be a candidate for the next Endurance Run.........?

Looks interesting, but super repetitive.

I checked Gamefly so I could rent this immediately but it doesn't come out until November 11th. I guess I'll have to wait a little while before I can play this. It looks hilariously awesome.

This game is badass, whats more badass then grabbing a cop and shooting laser beams from your eyes?

This strangely reminds me of Way of the Samurai. Maybe just the Japanese-ness of it.

Gameplay didn't look so hot but the goofy sense of humor and the setting may carry it. Potential purchase I think.

Pure Awesomeness

this game feels like an evolution of river city ransom, complete with moves, weapons, levels, shops and pompadours.

This game seems quite similiar to the Yakuza series on the Ps2. (& PS3 but those havent been localised yet) If you like the look of this i'd definately recommend picking up one've those games although be warned, it has a story other than becoming the worlds greatest bancho ;p

It might be that they are getting some ad money from it, but yeah it's pretty annoying. "

This game looks very enjoyable. Don't know if it's $40 enjoyable though.

The quick looks have been fabulous as of late. 43 minutes of crazy Japan-ness? Awesome.

Never thought this game will be released outside Japan
