A Quick Look does a lot for this game.  It looks really good in motion.

You know, if I'm being honest, I don't think I've ever seen a Giant Bomb employee be good at any video game, with the sole exception of Brad at StarCraft II.
 
They always say "well I was doing better before this" but all I've got to go on is the video evidence and video don't lie, son.

1.9gigs. Have you seen the game, HD requires space. The HD version of Street Fighter 2 was huge compared to the normal. And besides, why is this something to say is ridiculous in the first place.

The game looks awesome but I don't think it's for me. I foresee something like this making me very frustrated by certain areas. Overall though, Shank looks good. I don't agree with his Bart-killing policy but I do agree with his Selma-killing policy.

I like how after they have a chainsaw IN THEIR FUCKING MOUTHS dudes can still get up and try to mess you up.

The animation is so nice.  

So.... why was this quicklook not played in Co-Op mode? Seriously it's a two player game, there are two of you. We've had a quick look of single player before... I just.... I .... *sigh*

After playing both games.. I honestly have to say that Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is the better game.

Its ridiculous because my internet is capped at 40GB a month, and you have to admit 1.9GB is pretty huge for anything on the PSN or XBLA. "

Weapons are usually super powerful in brawlers, i don't like when games neuter weapons for gameplay sake.   
 
Shooting a guy twice with a shotgun and stabbing him in the chest with a chainsaw and he's still alive and doesn't show any visual signs of being hurt seems really cheap to me. 
 
I know realism is clearly not the point here, but can't you at least make the clothes tatter or the guys bleed a little bit when they get stabbed with a fucking chainsaw.  What is the point of having a chainsaw if its no more powerful that punching a guy in the stomach?

But this is nothing like River City Ransom.... why would i want to play it?
Oh much like RCR you can hit enemies with enemies.

Oh cmon, 15 bucks? That's basically nothing. This game looks well worth the price, The art assets alone cost more than 15 dollars to create. "

I don't like the Penny Arcade comic look for actual games.

Vinny with the Equilibrium reference!  Game looks fun, maybe now that I have a job again I can be less stingy with my $15 increments.

It's got this whole Aqua Teen Hunger Force/Metapocalypse vibe going on. Niiiice.

Shank is just pure fun!  Makes the left nipple hard 

The art style looks great, I think that's enough for me to warrant a buy.

It looks fun to play, but the fact that the chainsaw doesn't actually mutilate those dudes is weirdly distracting for me. Should have made it a different kind of weapon, I don't know, maybe a samurai sword, those have been not-slicing-dudes in video games forever now.
