I wonder if they will ever science all over Dynasty Warriors. I finally got that working recently and it's SO much worse than I expected.

I'll admit I haven't watched ROF before because I'm bad at fighting games; while I can enjoy watching people who are better play, I mostly get my fill of that from UPF and when something like SFV comes out and we get Quick Looks and the like. But damn if I don't have a soft spot for Fighter's Destiny. That was the "palate cleanser" for my friends and I after long sessions of Resident Evil 2 or Final Fantasy VII - we'd swap out the PS2 and decompress with some of FD, and I might even occasionally win a round.

Yes!! I hope they bust out Mace: The Dark Age soon!

For a inordinate amount of time, I was trying to figure out why both Ben and Jeff's character in Fighter's Destiny was named "Challenger Owins".

No Jason? Is this legitimate science?? I don't think so. Is Jason just on vacation?

I really like the scoring system in Fighters Destiny. Is there another fighter that does something like this?

BIO F.R.E.A.K.S was totally on pc. I had it on a dics and played it a lot

Now we're gettin' into some real good PS1/N64 era garbage. I hope they do WAR GODS and Mace: The Dark Age, too.

This feature is neat. It´s not my favorite but you get to see a lot of lesser known games being played, and ever since they chose to put the sciencing into double time it´s been nice to see their list fill up at a good pace.

Looking forward to seeing my favorite not-good fighting game Evil Zone being played one day.

Bullzeye’s laugh is the same as lord Deimos’s from mace the dark age, maybe some different distortion on it.

I think BIO F.R.E.A.K.S. should be higher!

So with the N64 in the office, does this mean we're gonna see some science on such wonderful games like War Gods, Clayfighter 63 1/3 and Mortal Kombat 4?

I do find it funny they've done more N64 games than they've done PS2 and PS3 games combined, though.

I remember the cover of BIO F.R.E.A.K.S. at my local video store. Don't think I ever rented it, but I recognize a lot of it. Maybe it got coverage in Nintendo Power or something.

The quality gap between Tattoo Assassins and Bloody Roar seems rather large. Pretty easy to put Fighters Destiny in its scientifically accurate spot there.

God, I love bottom-of-the-barrel fighting games. They just fascinate me for some reason. More interesting than the good ones half the time.

My favorite garbage fighting game is Battle Beast, exclusively for Windows 95! I'd love to see it on this series sometime, but I'm not sure how they would even do that. I guess you'd have to use a virtual machine and then have everyone huddle around a keyboard since I'm sure the game doesn't support USB controllers, let alone fight sticks.

I really look forward to the episode where they play what they personally think are the best fighting games of all time, but then disqualify them from the list (cause otherwise nothing would ever beat the top few spots) for some silly/goofy reason I am sure they are better equip to think up then me.

It would, at this point in the series, be a good spoof one-off episode of them never actually playing "Good" fighting games, it would shut down any hate this series has via "Why don't you guys play 'insert latest fighting game craze/a universally beloved fighting game ala Street Fighter 2 or something' and the 'hmm but its not qualified' would let them get away with playing such things without ruining what seems to be the running joke.

Bio Freaks was an awesome game. I remember renting that one and enjoying it.

Hey Jan, the overlays are completely unnecessary man. If you watch for a minute you can easily figure out who is who. If you absolutely have to have them, just use P1 and P2 on Jeff and Ben’s frame (and make it way smaller) instead of L and R. The stuff over the game itself is worthless though.

Fighter's Destiny was not a great game but I always thought the points based scoring system was pretty novel and it would be cool to see another fighting game take a crack at that.

Really wished they'd have checked the Command List for Fighters Destiny, or any game they'd cover.

I get that there's no time to check everything, but just to give it a fair shake. Didn't get to see any Special Moves, which is a shame.
