No kidding. This is almost like Uncharted 1.5 - Drake's Vacation.
 
The character even looks similar and when he adds some sarcastic one liners he is Nathan Drake.

Anyone else having an issue where this game freezes their xbox after only a brief period of play?  The game consistently hard-locks my xbox such that the guide window cannot be brought up and I have to hand reset the system.  This is totally frustrating as I have no issues with any other games..

It looks fantastic, but my HDD has been filling up lately with all these DL'able games.  I could concievebly make space, and might have to with all the accolades this game is getting.

Ever since Uncharted it seems that Nolan Norths voice can be heard everywere in games, not like thats a bad thing, just a casual observation 8P

i feel like the game is sorta underwhelming. ;/.  none of the charm of metroidvania style games but definitely still addicting.

It took me more than 90 minutes (on Hardcore) to figure out that there was manual aim in this game. That says more about my lack of intelligence than it says about Shadow Complex, but you could imagine just how infuriating it was to not be able to hit the enemies... 
 Apart from that abysmal failure on my part, the game is great so far.

The game is great, played for about 2 hours last night and fell in love with it. Going to try and beat it tonight, and start working on it again tomorrow.

Shadow Complex is a first. It's the first XBLA game that has me seriously worried about the space left on my HDD...and I'm still using the 20GBer.

Best game of the year (for me anyways) is an XBLA title :z

Mate, thats a tricky part, took me a while to understand that... *SPOILER* You have to follow the patroling dudes movements, and once you're under the hatch, you wait until they both face away from you, dont try to kill them, but jump in the room with the gas valves, and move to the left where on the ceiling there is another already opened hatch, and jump up in the vents before the patrols see you.  *END SPOILER*
 
The part where you find upgrades for weapons you dont have is called non linear gameplay ^^ Backtrack and see if you can access new areas with the item you will acquire beyond the point described above! :)

Wow 5 hours, I finished the game at 11 hours my first time through :O
