Guys, they announced it was Peter Dinklage at E3 last year. He was in that gameplay demo.

I'm about 7 minutes in, and the AI looks just as bad as it did in the leaked out footage from earlier. Is that just because "this is an Alpha" or will it really be the case that I could walk up to Elite-equivalents and punch them in the face while taking no damage.

If that's the case, I couldn't care less about this game. The best thing about Bungie's Halo games is the combat scenarios they are able to craft and fine tune. No other game I've played feels like that, and if I tried to wander up haphazardly to an Elite in any Halo game, he'd hand me my ass and laugh about it.

Dinklage actually sounds really bad in this from what I overheard when they were filming. Like a human trying to sound like a robot, which I guess is what he is, but it still sounds stiff and weird.

I'm not going to watch too much of this cause I'm assuming it's what we can play on Thursday. Looks pretty dang great though. Can't wait to try it for myself.

10 mins in, getting a real Rage vibe from this. Pseudo open world, ride a vehicle to a location, run into a building to trigger a corridor crawl mission with mutant type things coming after you. (sidebar, I liked Rage except for the horrible ending)

My understanding of this game was very similar to what Vinny thought it was, but damn. This looks amazing.

I do wonder why they got Peter Dinklage to voice a character that is supposed to be somewhat flat and emotionless, though. Seems like sort of a waste.

As a fan of both Halo and MMO's this looks really really good.

This is exactly what I want. I loved Halo, and I like MMO's for their community and size but usually play them solo because my friends aren't gamers. Trying not to have my hopes too high but this is hitting all the right notes for me. Glad it is coming relatively soon too.

Game looks really crisp. Not a fan of Borderlands though, so I don't really know, interested to see more. However, was it just me or did it sound like Peter Dinklage's voice acting was completely half-assed? Sounded terrible to me.

Let's see if this can convince me it's not a boring Borderlands/MMO fusion.

I want this so badly. This will do nicely while I wait on new Fallout and Mass Effect.

So is it safe to say the PS4 version is the lead platform as far as graphics (resolution/framerate)? I'd really like a reason to pick up the Xbone eventually, but the Halo MC Collection isn't enough on its own. It seems the PS4 will be getting all the good "console exclusives" (I mostly game on PC anyway).
