That is already the best wrestling game of the last decade.

I would be okay with Gang Beasts becoming the new Windjammers/Nidhogg.

This game is a ton of fun to watch.

I really hope they keep that style of character for Gang Beasts. I rather like the clay model look and it would be a shame to overdo their look.

The wrestling segment of Gang Beasts looked better than any wrestling game ever. Those animations just look so good in a strange, funny way.

Don't Kill the Cow is hilarious. I know satire and parody games are becoming a big thing now, but it's such a simple and effective way to poke fun at the medium. It's easy to throw your hands up and be proud when the game says you've won, even if the ending screen is the player character at his wife's funeral.

Today I learned nauseous nauseated.

Ignoring all the hilarious stuff and awkward controls for a moment, it really nails the moment where a clean punch connects and the guy's lights get knocked out. The way those little clay-like people just go limp and crumple to the floor looks pretty convincing.

Yes! While watching this I was trying to figure out the way it's animated. It's was too smooth to be hand animated, but seems way too natural to just be rag doll. It's a really nice look that game nailed. In a weird way, I kind of think it benefits from the simplistic art direction. I'm a little worried that if the final character models aren't done exceptionally well the game will come out worse for it. And based on the background art, I'm not convinced they have it in them to pull off the more detailed look. But, I'll hold my opinion until the "final" release. I backed in on Green Light because this game looks like genuine, clean fun, and we need more of that.

OH yeah, leaving a tea bag in there can totally make it crazy concentrated. I was hand shakingly wired once by forgetting about a tea bag in a thermos.

The way I remember hearing the story John Carmack developed a better method for smooth scrolling and tried to convince Nintendo to use it for their next Mario game but they refused to so they decided to make their own game.

Gang Beasts was soooooooooo good. I wish they had more levels. I'll be really interested in seeing what that game becomes.

Yes because if people enjoy things you don't, it must just be blind nostalgia.

You know, it is possible to like something, and realize that it has faults at the same time. There's also a middle ground. For example, Alex Kidd isn't a great game, but it also won't give you a STD as Jeff seems to think. Games have redeeming qualities as well as flaws. My point is that it's not as black and white as you make it out to be.
