I'm approaching 300 games on Steam (and I barely even play PC games). Perhaps I can boost up to about 350 during this sale.

I love buying games that I have no real interest in and never play but because they are on sale I feel I would be losing money somehow by not buying them...

We don't have a limit because my country is fulll of *cough* pirates *cough* Anyways... Valve games will be real cheap so we don't have to mention them. I want to know if there is a chance for games in the 20-30 euro range to be 5 euro...

I'm really annoyed that the sales start so early. I have precisely £0.00 to spend on games before friday. I already know I'm going to miss out on the sweet 50% off the oddboxx deal that is going to be on today, and I know I'm going to miss out on other, even better deals.

Steam is evil and there sales why do they do such awesome sales.

mafia 2, darksiders, dead rising 2, need for speed: hot pursuit, GTA IV (complete) and I'm sure there are many others I would like, just can't think of any right now.

Don't buy a bunch of crappy Indie games that other people who love niche stuff rave about, always try these things or watch videos before splurging on them.  Even at $1.00 it sucks seeing crap in your games list all the time...

I'm setting my cap at $50.  Let's see how far that gets me.

I'm confused, wouldn't the sale start tomorrow?  I mean, they probably want to wrap up the Treasure Hunt promo before something new started up, right?  I've also had the sinking feeling that the treasure hunt was there holiday sale for the month....I hope I'm wrong at any rate.

I still haven't played most of the games I no longer remember buying from the sale two years ago.

I've been patiently waiting for borderlands goty, gta4 complete and darksiders to finally get some big discounts and I'll definitely be getting the oddbox whether or not its discounted. 
 
Eh theirs also maybe 20-30 or so random games I might buy if they're stupidly cheap.  I might end up getting one of the giant crazy deals from specific publishers like EA or THQ or something, anything I get duplicates of I'll gift to friends.

I'm really only interested in Super Meat Boy. Even though I'd rather wait for the inevitable PS3 release, I can't resist a good sale. Outside of the that, I usually only buy things that are $5 or less (not being a big PC gamer). That usually means indie games or classics I missed out on. Last year, I think  I only bought the Introversion pack after hearing the Bombcast about it (totally worth it, I was impressed by all the games and was playing Multiwinia just now) and Psychonauts, which I still need to install.

I'd really like to see Batman: Arkham Asylum on sale again-- mine "mysteriously disappeared" (if you know what I mean) from my locker at my previous job and of course, no one knows anything about it.

I probably should have waited for the sale before buying Penumbra for 20 dollars, but I can't complain since the game is so good.

I hear that Valve is going to be making a big announcement at the start of the Christmas sale letting people finally be able to just give them their first born in exchange for games. They are working on a system to let people give them specific organs that we have double of as well, but they still need to work out the details on how to retrieve the organs.
