I'm actually more interested in this because they've know released a single player demo which gives me a chance to play the game myself before I decide to buy it.

I am going to have to agree with you on this. I have spent so much on games on Steam lately that I have barely even played that a game that doesn't have my interest is deemed a blessing. I'm messed up.
