" @lordofultima: Yeah, but I have never it seen it done so quickly, so consistantly. There was a time where he walked forward and boom electricity, not even a punch anamation of any sort. I just thought it was odd. 
 
@demontium: If you say you are not using it then I will believe you, if you are then you will be screwed if you ever play anybody for reals in person though. If you decide to make a vid I would like to see it.

Turbo? What was he doing, jab into electricity or something? Because that's not all that difficult. You only need five punch inputs, and if it's ending on fierce, you get a lot of frame advantage (10 frames). "
