First released in arcades and later ported to consoles, Street Fighter IV is a rebirth of a beloved fighting series, using 3D characters and environments while retaining the franchise's core 2D game play. Gathering a massive fanbase, Street Fighter IV has been long awaited after years of drought.

Alex and Oro come to mind.
I think those two are the only two that are left out that I miss, DLC anybody?
I mean it is possible, they make those characters and add them to the game at the cost of like 20 dollars. I mean with the response people have been giving to the arcade sticks and the like, they have the ability to really sell a lot of DLC if it is like presented like that. It's not like those players would not be balanced.
" I found this on Capcom Unity. A user name Redvirtue did this. "
Hell yes to this!
I'd love to see a Champion Edition of SFIV in the not so distant future. Cody and the rest of the Final Fight regulars would be a nice addition to the roster. Maybe I could finally realize my dream bout between Zangief and Haggar.

I had forgotten about Skullomania, that would be pretty sweet. But I reckon adding to the roster through some DLC would be alright if they bought out character/level packages at a fair price.

That one guy from Street Fighter Alpha 3...lol nah. Kidding. I think they nailed the roster this time around. Alpha 3 and all the others after 2 disappointed me for not having the original roster. SFIV's is perfectomundo!

dick and fart jokes not allowed... ok.
Deejay. I enjoy Balrog for his punches, but Deejay was great fun to play as for his kicks. I wanted him in. I'm no hardcore SF player, never played the Alpha or 3 versions, just SF2 in all its' forms, and now SFIV, so yeah; wanted Deejay.

There could be a update of Street Fighter IV. Ono (producer of the game) said that the development team have unfinised models of T-Hawk and Dee Jay and they might have a update of the game including those characters.

Whether free or DLC would be the question. But now we're speculating far into the future and I wouldn't want to derail the thread, so yeah; Dee Jar cool. T-Hawk... um... no... no /has nightmares of losing in the arcade and spending $30 in $1 coins to beat his native ass.

It wasn't T-Hawk, it was the game itself; Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, that game was hard. Even at the easiest diffculty I had trouble beating the single player.
Also, It's not like Capcom will bring the same T-Hawk you remember from SFII. Maybe his diffculty will be tone down.

Yeah, guess anybody is easier than Seth hehe. Kind of wish I knew the chars ppl are talking about above, Alpha was in a handful of arcades in Aus, and anythiing 3-related was even rarer... but the chars sound very interesting, like Sakura; who is in SFIV, it's my first time with her, or even Akuma...

i would have loved to have seen adon because hes very useful, i would also have liked for Ryu to be able to level up enough to turn evil. some type of ninja character like Ibuki would be cool. im sure garuda from ex plus alpha has his face on the backgrownd window of one of the menus, that would be interesting because he'd definitely be top tier.

I think, referencing the time line, the Shadow/Evil Charlie would have been a good inclusion. I would have liked to see him as an unlockable character, maybe a cronie for Seth or M. Bison or something that was related to the project Seth was working on.

Yun or Yang could very well break the game if added, but they were interesting III characters. Besides that, I'd take Gill, since this game needs a REAL end boss. Seth is such a joke, especially in terms of visual design.

LMAO. What is any less preposterous about Gill?
"
Ha! He's red and blue and so funny looking! And then he uses Seraphic Wing and you aren't laughing anymore.
With Sakura in the game, I would have loved seeing Karin in SFIV as well. I'd also have liked to have seen Juli back, but no one cares about any of the dolls except Cammy, apparently. :/

Haha, i'm not arguing that he's any more realistic, but the entire battle with him is actually epic, with, as was mentioned, some of his moves being straight-up ball-crushing, rather than just being stupidly annoying and oddly comedic, like Seth's. He just has that final boss "aura?", despite his ridiculousness; Seth just appears way too contrived, and even less intimidating than Bison (who might as well have been IV's end boss).

Break the game? You do know if they get added they probably won't play exactly the same as how they were in SFIII.

Gill has the power to control fire and ice, which explains why he's red and blue. As for his nearly nakedness, him and his brother Urein are based off Greek gods - Gill and Urein proclaim themselves as gods - if you seen a bunch of images of Greek mythology, you'll notice seeing a bunch of nearly naked dudes.

None really, they already have every important character and the rest is just obscure and unimportant. Then again there is going to be super street fighter 4 with new characters.

Well, obviously, but given how much some characters were further improved in SF4, you never know (*cough* Sagat *cough*)
Regardless, while Dudley is one classy mofo, I would rather see one of the twins, Sean (somewhere between his 2nd impact version and his nerfed 3rd strike version), or someone with a bit more...flair?
Oh, and new Ultras? Give Ryu his Shin-Shoryuken back plz.
