It looks like Rock Band with the Beatles models and their songs. Pretty much what was expected. Maybe there's more?

Absolutely cannot wait. I hope the character models and venues change as you work through the catalog in Tour Mode. Hopefully that rumored vocal harmonizing is true as well.

this is the kind of rock band game where i actually want some kind of story... u know like playing on top of the roof of apple recording studio at the end of the game?

Right, I plan to buy this reguardless, but this shaky cam footage doesn't up the hype at all. As for people like BD_Mr_Bubbles, who said:

Looks as expected, but I think it would be awesome if they made videos in the spirit of some of their films (stop-motion animation, girls chasing them around, Yellow Submarine, etc.)

Paul isn't and shouldn't be hard rock Paul... Weird that his marketing guys would be trying to push him in that direction.

OMG!! hes still got it! Im 24 and feeling that time goes too fast, Sir Paul is definetly making me feel better. The Beatles usually have that effect on me.

Love the Beatles. Love Lennon, McCartney and Harrison's solo careers as well. Hell, even liked a few of Ringo's post Beatles hits.  But, I'm not a fan of music games because I have very poor rhythm (think Steve Martin early in the Jerk).  Still, my first impression is...more of the same (visually), which is kinda sad considering all the hype around this game.  From what I can gleam from the video behind Sir Paul, it looks pretty much like all the other games but with the Beatles and maybe some Sgt. Pepper inspired trippy effects.

Those are pretty decent models of the Beatles.

So this is "hard rock Paul"? Let me know when Death Metal Paul arrives.

I was THERE man!  I saw ol' Paul at Coachella and I saw the footage LIVE on the big screen.  I can't say it was "Hard Rock" Paul, but I did freak out a little and go!  Oh my god that's from teh Beatles Rock Band I bet.
