The temple room with the giant golden dagger

There are so many amazing moments it's hard to pick one.

The very end when the bridge is falling in paradise.

The helicopter/ falling building sequence.. I dont think it needs a spoiler thing considering they showed it off at last E3 in it's entirety.

When you first arrive in Nepal and walk around the village.

Running through the village while avoiding the tank was insane.

When you found yourself playing 50 cent Blood on the Sand 2.  Wheres my fucking dagger?  Wheres my dagger?  Get that fucking copter!!!
 
No in all seriousness, probably when you are in the building that falls and gets all rattled.  Though I thought it was dumb there was nothing I could do when furniture would kill me, seeing out the windows was cool.  Or the end sequence, where you are running on the collapsing path out of El Dorado/Shambhala/Shangri-la/Los Angeles.

When the building was collapsing, am I evil that I thought of how shitty it would have been to be in one of the falling twin towers?

So many great ones, though mine is same as OP.

The gun battles when Lazarevic's soldiers are attacking Tenzin's village

1. Collapsing building.
2. Jumping from truck to truck in the car chase.
3. Running away and eventually taking out the tank in the village.
 
Honorable mention: Carrying Jeff as Lazarevic's men chase you down.

The jumping from truck to truck before they explode during the snow mountain chase.

My favorite moment:

As I said before, it's so hard to mention a specific point in this game. The vast diversity of responses for this question definitely shows this. Uncharted 2 is one of the best games I've ever played.

The scene where Nate finds Elena and Jeff in Nepal.  The dialogue between Nate and Chloe when he says that they are coming along and she objects was really well done.  I know, its kind of weird that among all the awesome action sequences in the game, I remembered a cutscene where there was no action.  I guess that's telling of how good the story was.

I absolutely love all of it, but the intro is some of the greatest moments ever.

Fumbling through the journal is THE best moment in the whole damn game.

Reading through this thread just makes me remember...This game is awesome!

I would say that the best moments in the game where in motion whether it be on the train or the car chase scene.
